This is a plain-language summary of standard terms, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it commercially.

The service

EveryImage provides image processing tools that run in your web browser. The service is provided free of charge and without an account.

Your files and your rights

You keep all rights to the images you process. Because files are never transmitted to us, we acquire no licence, no copy and no interest of any kind in them. You are responsible for having the right to process the images you open.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to process material that is unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights. Do not attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or its availability to others.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Image processing depends on your browser and your device, and results may vary between them. Always keep your original files: processing is destructive by nature, and an exported image cannot be reversed back into its source.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryImage and its operators are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Because processing happens entirely on your own device, EveryImage never receives, stores or handles your files, and cannot recover them if something goes wrong.

Platform names

Names such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Amazon, Shopify and Etsy are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here only to describe image dimensions those platforms accept. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied, and dimensions are provided as guidance that may become out of date.

Changes

These terms may be updated, with the date at the top of the page reflecting the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Where a specific state’s law applies, that state’s courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
